Manager's Edge is a software program licensed by POST and distributed to agencies to help agencies track multimedia training. The software program has two main parts: one for the student; the other for the training manager.

Students use the Student Module to access the courses that have been assigned to them. There are indicators that show which courses have been passed, which are in progress, and which ones have been completed.

The training manager uses the Administrator Module of Manager’s Edge to assign students to a course, see the progress of students through a course, and view and print reports.
