 Flagship Network Access Instructions
For Non-POST Officers
  
 

Please follow the instructions below to apply for access to the Flagship Network for Federal, other state law enforcement officers, and those California officers employed by agencies not affiliated with POST. Please submit your request for access to the Flagship Network in writing, on your agency's letterhead, and signed by your Police Chief, Sheriff, or immediate supervisor. If you are a Federal officer, please have the request signed by your immediate supervisor.

All written requests must include:

  • your full name
  • day-time telephone number
  • a statement that you are a sworn law enforcement officer
  • a statement that access will be used for business purposes only
  • your email address

The written request may be faxed to the attention of the Clearinghouse Coordinator at 916.227.5271 or mailed to the Clearinghouse Coordinator, Commission on POST, 1601 Alhambra Boulevard, Sacramento, California, 95816. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

Subscribed users may proceed to the Flagship Network.
