The mission of the Management Counseling Services Bureau is to
provide positive, constructive assistance to the management of law
enforcement agencies and to our colleagues within POST. The Management
Counseling Services Bureau will provide assistance in a prompt,
courteous, helpful and positive manner.
The Bureau will accomplish this mission by providing quality services,
including practical and ethical recommendations consistent with
contemporary management philosophies.
