Course Description
This course is designed to provide both novice and
experienced detectives with the knowledge and personal
skills necessary to conduct successful burglary, theft,
and RSP investigations. Detectives new to their assignments
will learn specific investigative techniques, problem-solving
skills, and case management skills; experienced detectives
will update their skills and learn the latest techniques
to improve clearance and issurance rates.
All ICI Courses are based upon adult experienced-based
learning principles. The classroom activities are practical,
"hands-on," and interactive. Although it is
preferred, it is not necessary to have completed the
ICI Core Course prior to attending this Burglary Course.
