| The 104-hour mandated Management Course (Regulation
1005) is designed to assist supervisors transitioning to middle
managers and must be completed within 12 months of promoting or
being appointed to a middle management position. The learning goals
for this course are organized under the following topics:

- Personnel Management Skills
- Leadership Styles and Decision Making
- Organization and Manager Development
- Legal Responsibilities
