EXTENDED FORMAT COURSE IS DESIGNED TO STIMULATE THE STUDENT'S KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF LEADERSHIP. THE STUDENT WILL BE PRESENTED WITH VARIOUS CONCEPTS OF LEADERSHIP SUCH AS PRINCIPLES, VALUES, ETHICS, RESPONSIBILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, POWER, AUTHORI TY, MANAGEMENT, AND PRO-ACTIVE AND REACTIVE LEADERSHIP.
