There are two audiences and two broad goals for the program. The first is to convince law enforcement man agement that high tech crime is a problem that must be pro-actively addressed, and secondly, to give peace officers the information and strategies they need to effectively prevent and respond to high tech crimes. The benefits of team work and cooperation , with other law enforcement agencies and with private industry, will be stressed throughout the program.
