Please briefly describe why an Evidence and Property Study is being requested (1-300 words):
We understand that upon receipt of this request, we will be added to the list of agencies waiting for counseling services. When POST consultants are available to begin the evaluation, consultants will discuss the need for counseling services with agency officials.

Based upon that discussion and subsequent evaluation, POST consultants will propose a scope of study designed to meet the needs of the agency and specify the nature of any services to be provided.

I understand that if I am requesting these services on behalf of a Police Department, the City Manager/Administrator/Mayor, or their designee, concurs with this request.
