The California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) website at www.post.ca.gov ("this Site") is an online information service provided by POST. Permission to access, browse and use this Site is subject to your agreement to, and your compliance with, these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please note that California law enforcement or dispatch agencies that participate in the POST Program and POST-certified course presenters are allowed to copy certain POST publications for internal use within their agency/school. The POST publications that are approved for copying for internal use include a written permission statement on the copyright information page of the printed version. The same policy will apply to online versions of POST publications as they become available.
